First.  Look at the emotional content of the word.  listen to the word, and, search your feelings for how you respond emotionally.

For instance, you call me stupid and I ask my self, “What am I feeling?”

(If you lack a full range of feeling words, simply go do an internet search for “feeling words”  their are hundreds. Print out the lists for reference.  Only having a few feeling words is like only having a hammer for a tool and then everything becomes a nail…like wise only having “fear” as your feeling word then everything is a “threat”.)

Find the feeling word or words that best describe a reaction to the word “stupid”.

Look next for what appears to be the function of the word.  How does it help?  How do you feel using it?  What are people like who frequently call others or things “stupid”?

Also look for it’s full meaning, search where it came from.

What you will be doing is gaining knowledge in how words control us and how we use words to control others.

This is just beginning. Once we begin to really see what is happening to us and how we effect others we are on a road that gives us power over our lives and increases our strength so we are not mentally and emotionally victimized.

Dreaming is what we do when our body is resting and our mind plays with images.

Dreaming while we are more awake than when the body is resting.  It  is what we do when we are thinking.

We think with images and memories of sounds; never in text.  Text is what we learn with so we can be safe from truth.

Images are the way we are truly taught and controlled.  Talk are just the sounds of our tool we call speech.

You are not your thoughts. You are that which watches thought.

To know the enemies that use these controls we must all work on waking up.

We must all be the watcher and not the watched.
